Advancing Clinical Excellence Through National Expertise
Sero Mental Health’s Scientific Advisory Board brings together nationally recognized leaders in psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, addiction medicine, and behavioral health care from Stanford, Emory, UW Madison, University of Miami, UT Austin, University of Chicago, and USC Keck.
Through collaboration with Sero leadership, advisory board members ensure our approach reflects current research, evolving best practices, and the highest standards in mental health treatment.
Our Scientific Advisory Board serves as an important source of accountability and clinical rigor across our network of programs. Their expertise supports our commitment to delivering thoughtful, outcomes-driven care grounded in evidence and informed by the realities patients and families face every day.
Guiding Our Clinical Standards
The field of behavioral health continues to evolve rapidly. Advances in neuroscience, psychopharmacology, trauma treatment, eating disorder care, and integrated behavioral health care require organizations to continuously evaluate and strengthen their clinical practices.
Our advisory board helps guide this process by:
- Providing expert perspective on emerging research and treatment approaches
- Advising on clinical quality, safety, and outcomes initiatives
- Supporting evidence-based program development
- Helping strengthen continuity, consistency, and accountability across our network
This collaborative model allows Sero to remain responsive to advancements in the field while maintaining a strong focus on compassionate, individualized care.
