Edward Clegg serves as the Vice President of Admissions at Sero Mental Health, where he leads growth strategies, access‑to‑care initiatives, and cross‑functional alignment across the admissions continuum. He brings 12 years of behavioral health experience spanning intake and admissions leadership, training and development, and multi‑site operational support.

Before joining Sero, Edward spent more than a decade with Summit BHC, serving as the organization’s admissions training and development leader during a period of significant national growth. In this role, he built and scaled enterprise‑wide training systems, strengthened interdepartmental communication, and partnered closely with call centers, facility operations teams, and executive leadership to enhance access, quality, and consistency. Edward began his behavioral health career with American Addiction Centers in 2014, gaining foundational experience in admissions and patient engagement.

Edward holds degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He resides in Greensboro, NC, with his husband, Clinton, and their two dogs, Tulip and Daisy.
