Zach Winter is the Vice President of Finance at Sero Mental Health, where he is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic reporting. He partners closely with executive leadership to support key initiatives that drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Sero, Zach held finance and leadership roles at other behavioral health organizations, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of Jade Health and leading corporate development efforts at Refresh Mental Health. In these roles, he focused on scaling operations, executing M&A strategies, and supporting long-term financial planning.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending quality time with his wife, Meg, and their two young children, Ozzy and Nessa
