Mitchell Hall joined Sero Mental Health in Dec of 2021as the founding COO.  He oversees the clinical operations, financial, and operational performance for a behavioral health system. With over 15 years of progressive leadership in behavioral health space both public and private, Mitch previously held leadership roles at University of Florida and HCA Florida, where he led the successful program expansion, strategic growth initiatives and turnaround of underperforming programs. Mitch is passionate about reducing stigma, expanding access to evidence-based treatment, and creating cultures of continuous improvement. Mitch has a bachelors degree in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Florida.
