Vice President of Admissions

Sero Mental Health provides compassionate, high-quality mental health care through a nationwide network of treatment centers. We are dedicated to delivering innovative and personalized support across the care continuum for individuals facing mental health conditions, eating disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses.

The Vice President of Admissions is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of the Admissions function across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end call-to-admission process and is accountable for responsiveness, conversion performance, staffing efficiency, system performance, data integrity, and census impact.

This position directly supports organizational growth by ensuring admissions operations are disciplined, data-driven, and aligned with enterprise growth initiatives. The Vice President of Admissions establishes performance expectations, drives accountability, and ensures the Admissions team operates with urgency, professionalism, empathy, and consistency.

The Vice President of Admissions maintains ownership of admissions infrastructure, including CRM, call tracking, and EMR integrations, and partners closely with Growth, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Clinical leadership to support census stability, revenue integrity, and an exceptional first experience for individuals and families seeking care.
